Gote Hteik Bridge
The Gote Hteik Bridge Project consists of a 887m bridge and a 19.3km link road. This will shorten the original route by 7.5 miles and greatly shorten travel time. Once finished, traffic along Mandalay-Muse road will become more convenient, improve the investment environment between China and Myanmar, and accelerate regional development as well as bilateral trade.
145 MW Kyaukse Gas-fired Power Plant
Demand for Myanmar power supply has a staggering growth of 14% growth year over year. NIHC together with MCM won the tender to build a 145 MW gas-fired power plant in Kyaukse to addres the growing demand.

Coal-fired Power Plant
Our proposed coal-fired power plant is strategically located in Thoung Gon village near Elephant Point on the Yangon River bank. We have completed feasibility study for coal jetty as well as coal-fired power plant.
Kunglong Hydropower Plant
Our proposed 1,400 MW hydropower plant is located on the Than Lwin river near Kunglong city. We have completed feasibility study and Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA). Additionally, we have initiated some pre-engineering works on site. We are currently negotiating Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Ministry of Electricity and Energy (MOEE).
Dry Port Concession
Resources Group Logistics Co., Ltd. (RGL) has been granted concessions to build and operate two dry ports in Ywarthargyi and Myitnge, totaling to around 75 acres in size. The concession is for 50 years, with the option of two subsequent 10-year extensions.
